Candidates should demonstrate a refined visual sensibility, strong strategic instincts, and the ability to carry projects from concept through completion. In this role, you’ll lead and contribute to work spanning editorial publications, digital experiences, and brand identity systems for both local and national clients—primarily in the nonprofit sector. This position is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and who partners seamlessly with designers, developers, writers, and photographers. You should bring strong organizational and communication skills, a thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and a clear desire to expand your capabilities and grow within the studio.

This is an on-site position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. No relocation package will be offered. After an introductory period, we offer a flexible, hybrid work schedule, splitting time between our office and home. Benefits include: unlimited paid time off, paid company holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k) plan.
Salaries are commensurate with experience and expertise.
